Pros: This unit is GREAT! I do love it....I can`t imagine cleaning without it anymore. This is a need to have in every household or small business. So many different attachments for every application. I am so satisfied with this unit.
Cons: There are something I wish were different on the unit. The scrub brush attachment is not very good. When I used it the glue that held the Scrub pad to the plastic connector had melted and the scrub pad fell off. This was in the first day of use. That is the only thing I would suggest to change about the unit.
