Warranty Instructions:
Please contact the manufacturer, Steamfast at 1-800-711-6617
or e-mail consumerservice@steamfast.com to receive your repair authorization number.
Please be ready to give the Model, Date Code and Serial Number along with your contact information. If your unit is covered by a warranty, there is no charge for parts & labor on the Warranty Services. Simply ship the unit to Steamfast, with the repair authorization number on the box, and your unit will be repaired and returned to you within 1-2 weeks after we receive the product at our factory.
NON-Warranty Instructions:
If your product is no longer under warranty, SteamFast does service many items outside the warranty period. If it is outside the warranty period, there is a charge for the parts and labor and return shipping and handling; SteamFast will let you know the exact amount before servicing the unit. Please contact consumerservice@steamfast.com for information.
Note: Steamfast is the only authorized repair service for Steamfast products.
